Registration Information

Registration for YMUNT X opened on November 1, 2023. Please note that a registration will only be considered complete and processed once the full registration payment is received. Country & Committee preferences will be honored in the order in which full registration payment is received.

Key Information:

  • November 1, 2023: Registration Opens

    January 31st, 2024: Financial Aid Forms Due

    January 31st, 2024: Regular Registration Ends (Late Registration Fees now apply, contingent on availability)

    February 28th, 2024: Late Registration Closes

  • Delegates between grades 9-12 and students on a gap year before University are welcome to register. 8th-grade delegates may apply for admission through the 8th Grade Admissions Form (see registration platform). We welcome delegations of all sizes.

  • Regular Registration Fees:

    $175 per delegate

    $35 per advisor

    Late Registration Fees:

    $200 per delegate

    $50 per advisor

    Please note that, due to Yale Risk Management policies, all delegates under the age of 18 must have an advisor. The advisor must be present for check-in on day 1 of the conference.

    Food and accommodation will not be provided.

    Delegations can pay online via credit card or check.

  • YMUNT is committed to accessibility — if conference fees pose a financial difficulty for individual delegates or delegations, we strongly encourage applying for financial aid.

    Our application form is available through our registration platform. Individuals or delegations wishing to attend YMUNT and apply for financial aid should fill out the prerequisite forms on the registration platform, and then apply using the financial aid form linked in the “Fees” section of the registration platform. Please fill this out as soon as possible so we are able to process your application. The last day forms will be accepted is January 31st, 2023. Applicants are assessed on financial need and will be accepted on a rolling basis.

  • November 1 - December 31st, 2023: 100% refund

    January 1 - January 31st, 2024: 50% refund

    After January 31st, 2024: no refund
