Registration

May I register as an individual delegate for YMUN Taiwan?

Attending as an individual delegate is something that works and has been done in the past, however, it is encouraged that you attend with a group (friends, class, school...) for easier organization and committee assignments.

What should I do if I am interested in applying for financial aid?

We encourage that you first register for our conference and then submit your financial aid application to ymunt.delegations@yira.org.

I don’t appear to be receiving registration confirmation or any updates?

Emails from YMUN Taiwan may be ending up in your spam inbox. There may be old information and emails buried there. If this is a problem, please mark YMUN Taiwan emails as not spam or let us know at ymunt.delegations@yira.org. Individual updates can be sent if requested in order to ensure that emails do not end up getting marked as spam.

What should I do if the number of delegates or advisors attending the conference changes?

Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing ymunt.delegations@yira.org. We encourage you to finalize your delegation size by the final conference payment deadline of March 17.

What if I cannot find a teacher advisor for my delegation?

Any non-delegate over the age of 18 can act as an advisor for a delegation, including parents.

How can I register if I am not attending YMUN Taiwan this year?

All students are welcome to register for YMUN Taiwan’s training program, regardless of conference attendance. Students who are not attending the conference can register by contacting us (a registration form will be available soon). Please note that registration costs 1000 NTD if you are not attending the conference.

Conference

What if my delegation has conflicts with the conference schedule?

Please let us know at ymunt.delegations@yira.org and we will do our best to find a work around so that you can maximize your participation at YMUN Taiwan.
